1. Operator

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, locale preference.
• Order data: YouTube video links you submit, chosen languages, minutes, amounts, payment references.
• Trial data: the link and email you send for a free 60-second pilot, plus a one-way hash of your IP address to enforce the one-trial-per-network limit.
• Support data: messages you send through the support thread.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

3. Purposes

We use your data to create and manage your account, fulfil dubbing orders, deliver pilot samples, process payments, reply to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time).

5. Third-party processors

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, D1 database, R2 storage.
• NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google — optional sign-in via OAuth.

Each processor receives only the data needed to perform its role.

6. Cookies and storage

We use a session cookie for authentication and local storage for language preference and UI state. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. You can clear site storage in your browser at any time.

7. Retention

Account and order data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal obligations. Uploaded video links and pilot files are deleted after delivery. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing emails, by writing to nikita1212392@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. Children

The service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
