Terms of Service — Lyivi

1. Service description
Lyivi provides done-for-you dubbing of your YouTube videos into up to five languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian). Two tiers are offered: Budget (AI-rendered track, no native check) and Premium (human transcript plus full native check, then re-render and re-check). Subtitles and translated metadata are included. The free 60-second pilot is watermarked and provided at no cost.
2. Pricing and payment
Pricing is per minute of finished audio, per language: $0.99 (Budget) or $1.50 (Premium), with a minimum of $10 per video. Orders of 10 or more videos are quoted in writing. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. No subscription, no credit pools, no rollover: every order states its minutes and one included revision upfront. The total is shown before you pay.
3. Turnaround
The free 60-second pilot is delivered to your email. Paid orders are delivered after production and quality check; the estimated delivery is stated on the order before payment. If we cannot meet the estimate, we notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Revisions
Budget includes one revision (re-render of the affected minutes). Premium includes a wider revision scope, confirmed before payment. Send one note after delivery and the affected minutes are re-rendered and re-checked.
5. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the delivered audio, contact support within 7 days of delivery. We will re-render the affected minutes or refund the affected portion of the order. The free pilot is provided at no cost and is not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your original video and audio. The dubbed audio we produce for you becomes yours on full payment, for use on YouTube and other platforms. You grant us a limited licence to process your video link and audio solely to fulfil your order. We do not reuse your content for other clients or training.
7. Acceptable use
You confirm you own or have the rights to the video you submit. You may not submit content that infringes third-party rights, violates YouTube policies, or is illegal. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this section.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or views.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lyivi operates. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
